Hair straightening problem. need help?

everytime i straighten my hair using flat iron, i get a very sleek effect but it just won't stay long.

after a while, there is a lot of flyaways and tangles.

i have normal wavy hair and using 160 degree temperature. maybe its not hot enough?

dnt tell me to use Chi or Sedu brand bcuz in asia, these brand are not arrive yet.

so any tips or solution? thanks a lot :)

use hairspray and straightening balm. i think 160 is on a good temperature setting, don't go over 200 it will ruin your hair.

I would try using a serum to help rid the flyaways, but be careful not to use too much beacuse it can make hair look greasy. good luck

a serum or a taming cream.try bed head(i use it and it works really well) you should also try using a taming conditioner for whne you wash your hair=) best of luck

In most stores that have styling products they sell a flat iron serum. It helps so your hair wont get fried and so your hair will be sleek and shiny! Maybe if your flat iron has a hotter setting try that it may be the answer! Good Luck!

when i straighten my hair i just use the coniar flat iron. i dont put anything on my hair afterwards though. and my hair stays fine the whole day, and i have wavy hair just like you. its just a simple straightener that you can buy at the store for less than $20.00, and i put the heat to the highest temperature that it will go to.......... i hope that my tip will work for you..... email me back if you have any questions!!!
