Try a straightening shampoo and conditioner, like Sunsilk or Herbal Essences, then blow dry it straight or use a straightener in layers. Sunsilk and Herbal Essences also have cremes and mousses that will help you.

straiten it while it's wet, like not damp, toally wet...i know u shouldn't...but itz the only way i have ever been able to straiten out MY hair
