Straightening hair damages?
Yes it will grow back, but your hair will be damaged and it may lead to split ends, so do something to soothe the frizz...I use Bead Head After-party. I have curly hair and i straighten it all the time, and if it can help my hair it will work great with yours.
Straightening hair damages?
Not it grows back, If your going to iron your hair use a protection spray to minimise the damage.
