yes, give more details on what you would like to know?
im black have afro hair so i relax mines
pros- hair is easir to handle
cons- hair could brak of easier if not looked after proper
you have to know how to look after it- every time you wash- 4 things for definate- shampoo- reconstructer- deep conditioner - leave in conditioner
you have to know to relax it every 6- to 12 weeks, depends on how fast you hair grows.

Its a reverse perm. Works, but dries ahir out and makes it brittle if used too much..

yes, using it will burn your hair, you will have to shave it off and not bother with having curly hair.

works awesome and it stays forever and it costs much but worth it if you don't want curly hair anymore

i don't think it is very good for your hair but if it needs it then i would go for it...just don't have any bleach put on it afterwards...my friend done this and it nearly set on fire it went so hot!!

Hi
My cousin Tovia, has curly hair. He started oiling his hair in oilve oil, virgin that is, every night and that helped, Great thing about virgin oilve oil is, its none greasy and a world of good for your skin and inner nuritisment.
regards

I have very curly frizzy hair and I have tried everything!! Even the chemical straightening. That melted my hair. I would stick to a flat iron, biosilk oils and redkin protein called KAT

Hello!! HAPPY ALLEGRIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Does any one knows about chemical hair straightening?
I straigthen my hair with a relaxer I'm very happy with it but the down side is you have to get the regrowth done @ every 3 months kinda like when you dye your hair. Also it may burn sometimes it sounds worse then it actually is just make sure you get the right one that suits your hair type. Ask a salon for advice if in doubt.

I have mine chemically straightened (relaxed)
Pros: Easier to manage
Con's: Re - growth, Hair isnt as nice curly as it was before, Can break if not properly cared for. Can be expensive.
I've been having my hair straightened since i was 14. All in all its stayed in good condition (touch wood). I had one mishap where i dyed it and it broke in the back but that was down to the dye. Ive since found other dyes that are safe to use and don't leave my hair dry (Boots own)
The type of straightening i have is not Japanese method. Its a different process, cheaper but has to be re done more often (6-8 weeks). Its generally, depending on where you are 鎷?0 and up.
The relaxer takes differently to everyones hair. If you keep your hair moisturised, trim it ever 6-8 weeks and have regular treatments you shouldn't have a problem. You should also remember to use a heat defence spray when using heated appliances. And if you choose to dye your hair remember to check that the brand can be used on chemically treated hair %26amp; do a strand test. I usually wash mine 10 days after i first have it done, then every week there after. i shampoo once %26amp; deep condition.
Also two things before you have it relaxed (for future refereance) never get it done when you are on or coming on your period %26amp; try not to comb hair too roughly the day before you get it done, also make sure hair isn't completely clean.
Alternatively if you dont decide to go through with it you could alway invest in a babyliss pro 230 straightner (鎷?9.99 - superdrug) A very good straightner.
Hope this helps

Chemical straightening your hair will destroy the shine of your hair, damage your hair a lot, is very costly, and once you straighten it chemically once, you have to go back to the salon every month and pay to get it restraightened, or else the curls will come back and your hair will still be damaged. It's not worth the money, commitment, damage, and loss of shine.
What I find helpful (I have very curly, unmanagably hair myself) is to shower, and before my hair dries, put it up in a very, very tight bun and sleep with it that way. The hair of the top of your head dries straight because it's being pulled gently all night, and in the bottom half of your hair, you have pretty, managable, gentle waves. I love the way this looks!
Hope I helped! Good luck!

ever had your hair permed???..am sure its a reverse of a perm, but instead of putting the rollers in u just use a comb to comb it once the perm solution is on. its very good my friend had her done and you could see a difference!
make sure if u go ahead with this, go to a salon and get a really good conditioner as the perm (reverse) can dry your hair out.
good luck hun, you can only try it!!!

I would suggest a good pair of straightners GHD are good, the chemical straightening only last till your hair starts to grow again then the roots are curly so very expensive I think!

I was told when i went to the hairdressers that chemical staightening works really well on afro hair but doesnt really work for caucasian curly hair- it just really damages it. Just buy some GHD's. I have really naturally curly hair and i can get it poker straught with GHD's
